A seminar on Skills and Career Development was oraganiosed by the Training and Placement Cell of Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology, Nambur today. This seminar is intended to create awareness about the various opportunities available for the fresh engineering graduates.

Mr Venkara Ramana Kuhururi, General Manager of Ramtech Technologies Ltd, Hyderabad was the resource person for the seminar. In his talk MR Venkata Ramana threw light on various avenues where opportunities are created for the young engineers. He told the students that India provides ample opportunities for skilled people.

He explained the students the need to improve ones competency to be successful in the job market. He also informed the students about various recruitment procedures and the principle to be followed by the aspiring students. He told the students that they should feel proud to be an engineer.

The Principal Dr Y Mallikarjuna Reddy said that interaction with key people from the industry will help motivate the students in their pursuit of careers.
