Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology as part of Indo-Nardic collaboration organized a Hack-a-Thon on Modern Techniques in Urban Farming. Sweden's Innovation and Enterpreneurship Development Cell also involved in this venture.
Hosted at Google Code Developers Lab, VVIT the programme is inaugurated by Dir. Anudeep Chappa, Tie Amaravati. A total of 60 students from various colleges participated in this event. The students are excited to learn new techniques that deal with vertical farming, water conserving farming, plantation with out soil, water conserving aqua culture etc.
Quati Jio Chen of Sweden enacted as online Judge for this entire Hackathon. Managing Director of Kavis Viswanatha Raju, Agricultural Director Kiranmayi, EIL's Kalyan Kumar enacted as local judges.

Director of Eruvaka Technologies Ravi Sriram addressed the gathering during the closing ceremony. He urged the students to learn more moden techniques in farming that help the State to advance. He thanked VVIT for organizing such a wondeful programme.
