Six students from VVIT were selected in the recruitment drive conducted by TCS. TCS gives opportunity to students who clear their International Coding Contest named CODE VITA every year.
This year 11 students from VVIT cleared the first round and eight students cleared the second round of the contest. VVIT topped among the list of colleges in AP that competed in the contest in both the round one and round two. Students who clear the round one are given an opportunity to face the interview in the TCS office in Hyderabad.
Burramukku Kavya, Manoj Gadha, Srilatha Bitra, Venkata Nidamanuri from CSE and Gera Samuel Joel David, Manoj Nannapaneni from ECE are the students who were selected.
The Management, the Principal and Faculty members congratulated the student on their success. The Principal Dr Y Mallikarjuna Reddy said that students of VVIT participate in the prestigious coding competition, TCS Code VITA every year. The Chairman Sri Vasireddy Vidya Sagar said that students who can prove their competencies will have a bright career. He exhorted the students to improve their coding skills so that they can be easily paced in software giants like Google, Amazon, Micosoft etc.
