THERMAL ENGINEERING LAB
OBJECTIVE: To impart practical exposure to the student on the performance evolution methods of various types of internal combustion(I.C) engines and compressors.
Major equipment:
1) Four stroke single cylinder diesel engine 2) two stroke single cylinder petrol engine 3) Two stage Reciprocating Air compressor test rig 4) Different Boiler models like I) Cochran Boiler II) Benson Boiler III) Lancashire Boiler IV) Babcock-Wilcox Boiler etc.
HEAT TRANSFER LAB
OBJECTIVE: The lab course is aimed to provide the practical exposure to the students with regard to the determination of amount of heat exchange in various modes of heat transfer including condensation and boiling for several geometries.

MACHINE TOOLS LAB
OBJECTIVE: The Students are required to understand the parts of various machine tools and operate them and they are Required to know different shapes of products that can produced on these machine tools.
Major equipment: 1) Lathe (4.5,9 FEET), 2) Milling Machine 3) Surface grinding machine 4) Shaping Machine 5) Radial Drilling Machine 6) Pillar Drilling Machine 10) Power Hacksaw etc.
METROLOGY & INSRUMENTATION LAB

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY LAB
OBJECTIVE: To impart hands-on practical exposure on manufacturing processes and equipment.

METALLURGY AND MATERIAL SCIENCE LAB
OBJECTIVE: To impart practical exposure on the microstructures of various materials and their hardness evaluation.
Major equipment: 1) Jomnyend quench Apparatus 2) Muffle Furnace 3) Binocular Microscopes 4) Single disc polishing machine 5) Tribometre 6) Specimen mounting machine etc.
WORKSHOP LAB
OBJECTIVE: To impart hands-on practice on basic engineering trades and skills like Carpentry, Fitting, House wiring, and Tin smithy.
SIMULATION LAB
OBJECTIVE:
- To impart the fundamental knowledge on using various analytical tools like AUTOCAD, ANSYS, CATIA, etc., for Engineering Simulation.
- To know various fields of engineering where these tools can be effectively used to improve the output of a product.
- To impart knowledge on how these tools are ued in Industries by solving some real time problems using these tools
